Tiger Cubs and their adult partner met last Saturday, February 13th, 2010 at the Alaska Department of Fish & Game office in downtown Dillingham. We had about 6 boys show up. Lee Ann Andrew met with me toward the end of the meeting to get us up to speed. We have membership applications filled out and now have a small amount of money in our scout store account.
Consensus on the uniforms was that, due to the cost, many parents thought the orange t-shirt and the cub scout hat were appropriate uniforms for our group for now. The t-shirt and hat can be purchases at the Scout Store.
Our schedule for meetings will be every other Saturday (twice monthly meetings), plus one "Go See It" (e.g. field trip) somewhere in town or around town. Hope to see you at the next Tiger Cub Scout meeting - Saturday, February 27th, at the Fish & Game office.
